New Kennel Doors at PAWS!
As you probably all know by now, the PAWS Adoption Center (www.pawsadoptioncenter.org) here in Middletown is Weigold Photography’s PET cause. If so, then it should be no suprise that we put quite a bit of time into helping them find forever homes for their furry residents. This past Saturday (December 4, 2010) we spent the day at the shelter helping fabricate the new kennel doors to replace all the ones inside. On the occasional break, we snapped a picture or two as well! Check out the fun:

September 2010 Special!
Hey Fans! We’re pleased to announce our September special: Since the anniversary of 9/11 is coming up (and our chief photographer is a paramedic!), we felt it only fitting that we honor those that put themselves in harms way to protect us. So, for the month of September 2010 we are offering a FREE in-studio basic portrait session or a $50 discount off a longer session for all active fire, EMS and LEO personnel as well as active duty military and National Guard. Session must include qualifying personnel, but may include family and or pets at no additional charge. On location sessions are also available with a $20 travel charge. Save the date! August 28, 2010
Save the date friends! Town Plaza Shopping Center (home of Weigold Photography) will be having a mini festival August 28, 2010 from 10-6. We’ll be having an open house with on site portrait prints. There will be craft and other vendors and we’re working on food and music. More details as they become available!

Video Montage – Reflections on a Pond

Kids Digital Photography Class
The popular Kid’s Digital Photography Class is back for another session at the Middletown Art Center. The course is open to kids in (or entering) grades 3-6 and their parents. It runs on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. There are two upcoming sessions: The first session runs June 9-30. The second session runs July 14 through August 4.
