Save the date friends! Town Plaza Shopping Center (home of Weigold Photography) will be having a mini festival August 28, 2010 from 10-6. We’ll be having an open house with on site portrait prints. There will be craft and other vendors and we’re working on food and music. More details as they become available!

DogFest is coming! June 12-13, 2010

As you may know, PAWS – the Progressive Animal Welfare Society, is Weigold Photography’s “pet” cause. They are a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter located in Middletown, not far from our studio. Coming up next weekend is the annual DogFest, a celebration of dogs and their people. DogFest is held June 12-13, 2010 at the VOA Park in West Chester. Weigold Photography will be there snapping event images and pet portraits. Please join us in supporting PAWS! For more information on DogFest, please check out the DogFest website.

Kids Digital Photography Class

The popular Kid’s Digital Photography Class is back for another session at the Middletown Art Center. The course is open to kids in (or entering) grades 3-6 and their parents. It runs on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. There are two upcoming sessions: The first session runs June 9-30. The second session runs July 14 through August 4. With our new location comes a new phone number. In case you don’t have this one handy, the old number still will work for some time.

When you get a minute, please be sure to stop by and check out our new location at 2927 Cincinnati Dayton Rd in the Towne Plaza Shopping Center just north of Oxford State Rd. We prefer sessions by appointment, but we’re here a lot, so feel free to stop by. We’ll do walk in sessions if we aren’t already shooting! You can also call ahead to make sure we have an opening.
